Two Chinese have been kidnapped by unknown armed men in Jinnah Town area of Quetta, Balochistan.
A Chinese lady and a man were walking on foot in Jinnah Town when armed men on a car kidnapped them and moved towards an unknown location.
One citizen got injured as a result of firing during tussle between the Chinese and the armed kidnappers.
The police said they were chasing the kidnappers and tracing their location.
Chief Minister of Balochistan Nawab Sanullah Khan Zehri expressed anger over the incident and asked the concerned authorities to present the report before him.
Chief Minister directed Inspector General of Police to recover the kidnapped Chinese as soon as possible and take immediate steps to make sure the safety of foreigners in Quetta city.
