“Fearlessness is like a muscle. I know from my own life that the more I exercise it the more natural it becomes to not let my fears run me.”

This is an epic story of first Baloch girl who is an entrepreneur, independent, self-made, multimillionaire. She is the first women who registered her own brand in Pakistan. “YES” she is the same Dr, Rahila shay, whose story published in 2018.

After her graduation, she set on a journey of creating jobs for Pakistanis. She aimed at creating job opportunities for transgender and women which are underprivileged. She worked seven days a week, 13hrs a day and she has been working like this from last 2 years. While working with busy schedule, she came up with an idea of WOWinsight as she wanted to do something for women and transgender community.

Due to the requirement of license of working as general practitioner, she decided to do a non-clinical job. Her will-power was fuelled by her dreams. As she was earning handsomely, she bought properties in Karachi and Gawader. After she secured her basic necessities, she wanted to do some philanthropy. For that purpose, she started thinking about how to create jobs opportunities for underprivileged women and transgender?

Therefore, she came up with a brand name WOWinsight. Due to lack in quality, she only sells lenses which are FDA approved. She tried several local brands in Pakistan but she end up have irritation in her eyes. So she went on doing her own research and brought best into the market. She started her business with baby steps and she hired some girls who can do business from home. She took this as a trial and succeeded. She hired 35 girls/women and she is moving forward to transgender community. She promised herself that she would hire them at her brand outlets. She has interviewed many transgenders as they are not educated she decided to give them free training to learn communication skills. In the end, she said ” small steps in the right direction can turn out to the biggest step of your life….let’s appreciate the efforts of Baloch girl & all women in our society.

She suits best with the quote “The thing women have yet to learn is nobody gives you power. You just take it.”
