Mazhar is a ‘faith healer’. later The women inquired about his son Fazal Abbas,  whether he had come back from Belgium or not. When Mazhar informed them about his return, they asked to meet him. As soon as Fazal Abbas appeared in front of them, they fired at him to death.

The women had brought the guns with them secretly.  Mazhar and his son were unaware about the three women being armed.

After killing him, the armed women celebrated his death with slogans that they had successfully killed a blasphemer.
