Allah Dad Wahid: Interview With Balach Khalid (Unresponded)

The Baloch News (TBN) had approached Balach Khalid, a very close friend of Allah Dad Wahid, regarding the scholar as a personal loss under our ongoing “The Dad Series”.

Question: What does February 4 signify for you today? How do you carry the weight of losing someone so close to you on that day?

Balach Khalid:

Question: Who, in your view, was responsible for the assassination of Allah Dad Wahid? Why do you think he was targeted?

Balach Khalid:

Question: Did Allah Dad ever share any concerns with you; threats, surveillance, or a sense of danger he might be facing?

Balach Khalid:

Question: On a personal level, how profound is this loss for you as a friend?

Balach Khalid:

Question: How has Allah Dad’s absence reshaped your life?

Balach Khalid:

Question: Is there anything else you would like to share about Allah Dad, his character, his struggles, or the legacy he leaves behind?

Balach Khalid:

We could not receive the answers because on February 4, 2026, in the evening, Balach Khalid was, too, brutally assassinated on the grave of Allah Dad Wahid when he, along with the rest of the youths of his society, went to offer first anniversary Fatiha for Dàd. Before Balach could send his answers, he himself became the victim of the same “target killing” as his close friend, Allah Dad was – exactly the same way by two armed cyclists.

We keep this interview as a symbol of paying tribute to the departed duo on their anniversary.

Rest In Peace.
