Baloch Students Organization (Azad) has strongly condemned violence against peaceful Baloch and Pushtoon protesters in Quaid i Azam University Islamabad.
Azad said in a statement that such actions are intentionally carried out to close all doors of education for Baloch students.
The statement said after crackdown against students in Balochistan, now the authorities want to stop Baloch from gaining education in Islamabad and other parts of Punjab.
“This is not the first time that the Baloch students were targeted in Punjab, such actions against Baloch students are becoming routine in educational institutions of Punjab.” BSO-A spokesperson continued.
The spokesperson said previously the authorities blamed sardars and Nawabs for backwardness of education in Balochistan, but now the authorities in Punjab are forcefully depriving Baloch students from getting education.
