The coronavirus is causing havoc in the world right now, there may be someone in the world who is not bothered by Corona, people from all walks of life get to hear about where coronavirus has arrived and why there have been so many deaths? Eventually, the virus can also affect the most backward and troubled Awaran district.
The entire district is in panic after more than hundred coronavirus cases were confirmed in Balochistan. The residents of Awaran are very upset as there is only one hospital with one MS doctor, where a common illness cannot be cured and, it is a global epidemic so how can a backward district with one hospital and one MS doctor prevent this epidemic?
The health sector in Awaran is completely destroyed. If someone has coronavirus in remote areas of Awaran, they would understand it a common flu or fever and die, but they won’t be tested for virus. Neither, an isolation ward is available for victims, nor any other preventative measures.
On the other hand, sadly, Awaran is near Panjgur and Turbat district and also near to the Iran border but, thermal guns are not available to diagnose the coronavirus.
To sum up, I urge the federal and Balochistan government to deploy qualified doctors and health staff to protect troubled Awaran from this global epidemic in this difficult time.
