Member provincial assembly, Sardar Mohammad Saleh Bhootani had previously allotted a sum of ten crore rupees for the development projects of Kund Malir, but the projects are being carried out with low quality materials.

The money was to be spent on various schemes so that tourists within Pakistan and abroad could be facilitated.

According to the leader of Bhootani Group Kund Malir Mohammad Yousuf Sajidi, the contractors have opted for low quality materials and the works being done are insufficient.

Mr Sajidi requested the Member of Provincial assembly to take immediate action against the contractors in order to ensure check and balance in the ongoing projects.

Kund Malir, which is considered a special picnic point for tourists, is one of the most beautiful places of Balochistan province, but unfortunately, its residents are deprived of basic necessities of life such as internet, electricity, hospital etc.

Moreover, people from various parts of the county travel the journey of 120 to 300 kilometers just for the sake of entertaining themselves with the beauty of Kund Malir.

Tourists, who come from far areas to enjoy the beauty of this place, face great troubles owing to the non-availability of mentioned facilities.

No practical steps have been taken by the government and the concerned authorities for the development and growth of the region.
